In consideration of our guests, we ask that you honor our non-smoking policy inside the house. There are two smoking areas outside.

All rooms in the main house can accommodate only 2 persons. We are happy to accommodate children in Walden Cottage, but there is a small charge for each child. If you are bringing a child with you under the age of 18, please ask us about this when you make your reservation, and we will be happy to help you.

As of March 1, 2004, room reservations must be prepaid in advance. Reservations may be guaranteed via a credit card or with a check received within 72 hours covering the cost of the entire stay. Visa & Mastercard accepted.

POLICY - We run a full pre-payment in advance (it will show up on your credit card statement as NAPA VALLEY EXPERIENCE).

CANCELATIONS (if you are staying 4 nights or less, and are NOT with a group): Should you need to cancel more than 14 days prior to your arrival, we will refund your advance payment less a $25 service fee. If you cancel within the 14 days prior to arrival, we can only refund your money if we are able to re-book the room.

CANCELATIONS (if you are with a group, or are staying 5 nights or more): Should you need to cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival, we will refund your advance payment less a $25 service fee. If you cancel within the 30 days prior to arrival, we can only refund your money if we are able to re-book the room(s).

Check-In is from 3:00pm to 6:00pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving late so that we can make special arrangements with you. Check-out is anytime before 11:00am.

Free parking is available on premises.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets or accept responsibility for lost or stolen property.
