We run a FULL pre-payment in advance when we receive your reservation request.
Applicable taxes/service charges (20%) are added to your invoice when we process your reservation.
The Napa Fire Marshall DOES NOT ALLOW families w/children in many of our rooms. If you are traveling with a baby or child, you must call us (707-257-0112). We will be happy to help you select a room here that accommodates your family.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel, shorten your stay, check out early, or change your dates of stay, you are responsible for the full cost of your reservation. We are not responsible for family emergencies, acts of God, or unforeseen events, but we will do everything we can to try to rebook your room for you. If we cannot, you are fully responsible.
If we are able to re-sell all or part of your room(s), we will credit you this amount, minus a $25 processing fee.
Guests staying 1-4 nights, NOT traveling w/guests staying in other rooms need to cancel 14 days prior to arrival date.
Guests staying 5 nights or more OR traveling with guests staying in other rooms must cancel at least 30 days prior to avoid being responsible for the entire cost of your stay.
Group bookings (more than 9 room nights total): 60 days advance cancellation required or you are fully responsible for entire cost of booking.
A $25 fee is applied to cover charges from the credit card company when you cancel *prior* to the above period. Within the cancellation period, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay.
We are 100% PET FREE.

As of Jan 1, 2014, we are a 100% NON SMOKING PROPERTY. No smoking inside OR outside is permitted.
Regretfully, we do not have a bellman or elevator. Since you carry your own luggage to your room, you may want to pack several smaller bags instead of one large one, as they will be easier for you to transport up and down the stairs (we have stairs going up to the Cottage (from the parking lot) and to the second floor).
